Our herd consists of Dormer ewes crossed with Ile de France rams.

This combination has been carefully chosen to bring together the finest qualities of both breeds. Dormers are renowned for their exceptional maternal instincts, fertility, and adaptability, while Ile de France sheep are known for their rapid growth, excellent muscling, and outstanding meat quality.

 

This is also where our name comes from - Dor from Dormer and Fa from France.
